Christmas day, and I have found myself doing what I swore I wouldn't do! I did work out Wednesday and Thursday, but will not today, and will not have time tomorrow. So I have decided to take the rest of the week off (which really only boils down to missing two workouts) and next week I will restart Week 4. My diet hasn't been that great being the holidays and all, so I figure the workouts this week are just a bonus, and will get back on track with both on Monday.
