X Stretch (58 minutes): Achieve a higher level of athleticism over a longer period of time, plus prevent injuries and avoid plateaus. Keeping limber and loose is vital to the success of any fitness program.
Well, thats what it is, an hour of stretching. Feels good, I know its important, but I'd rather be sweating!

So glad to have found your blog! A blog from someone doing the program, who's not a "beachbody coach"...I'm starting today. I started the program the first time a few weeks ago and realized that I started off to intensely, so I took a break. Today is day 1 (I'm doing the lean version) Funny, I'm also a massage therapist and I had the same exact problem with that ab muscle (I did banana with one foot on the ground and that helped) and my piriformis! I'm hoping a slow start will help avoid any issues. Here's to getting in top form!! :)
