Day 36

Day 36 is Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps.

I'm still terribly sore in the glutes and thighs from Friday. Guess I brought it!

So an hour of push ups, flys, and tricep moves. Fun! All of my numbers are up from last week, so that is good. I move to 8 pound weights on Lying Tricep Extensions and Side Leaning Tricep Extensions. I also do 8 of the bonus slow motion 3 in 1 pushups. Overall, it was a great workout.

Also Ab Ripper X. I hesitate to even utter this aloud, but I have not had that pain in my ab at all in over a week. Maybe I worked through it?? I hope so!

Day 36 is done :)

  1. I think I've gotten this pain you speak of. I started to wonder if it is an adhesion and you totally rip it, that would get rid of the pain, right? I also had a c-section. I feel mine in the lower left.

  2. It's funny. I actually found a chiropractor locally who does scar tissue adhesion work, and let me know he has specifically worked with patients dealing with p90x stuff like mine....and then it goes away! Figures!

  3. Where in Maine are you? You don't have to be specific of course but Southern or Northern or smack in the middle of Maine? I'm just curious becuase I'm about 30 - 40 minutes from Kittery.
